He is a graduate of the \u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des Arts D\u00e9coratifs (2018, congratulations from the jury) in the photo-video sector. His exchange at the Chinese Academy of Arts (Hangzhou, Zhejiang, 2016-2017) marked a turning point in his practice.<\/p>\n<p>He is now pursuing a doctoral programme under the joint supervision of the Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure de la Photographie (Arles) and the Norbert Elias Centre (AMU \/ EHESS Marseille), and is conducting research on urban change.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019 he was awarded the Special Mention of the jury of the Prix \u00c9mergences 2019, for his film R\u00e2226 and his writing project Ville Composite. He is also the winner of the Renault F1 residence (Renault x EnsAD Art Collection).<\/p>\n<p>His work revolves around places. The notion of cognitive mapping is central to his work: he develops modes of representation that aim to make a real product comprehensible. Thus, disciplines such as architecture and urban planning cross him, as well as the history of forms. It is also part of institutions, and through a structuralist approach, tries to reveal their workings and underlying ideology. He approaches these spaces from the angle of a critical fascination: they inspire the projects in which he portrays them in the form of a critical analysis. Media and sources are mixed &#8211; he uses archives as well as images or objects from his production &#8211; he is interested in modes of representation.
